Edgewater Landing

I lived in Edgewater Landing for a little over a year, and only a couple of weeks after I signed my lease I started regretting the decision.
First, my garbage disposal broke, less than a month after I moved in. I had used it less than five times. Despite repeated (5+) phone calls and letters to management, it was never fixed before I moved out.
Then, the dishwasher broke. Again, repeated requests to management, and then to K&D management, went ignored.
Then spring came, and of course I’d want to turn off the ancient floorboard heater. Do you think I was ever able to? Nope. It would never turn completely off and just quit running. Repeated calls and letters to management went ignored. See a pattern here?
When you combine that with the rough clientele, this is not a place anyone should want to live. I moved away because I couldn’t handle it anymore.
If this place were to burn down, the headline in the paper the next day could read «10 Million Lives Lost. All Bedbugs.»
Avoid at all costs. Pay more and live elsewhere.
