Went here for lunch today. Had the burger special and the loaded ham sandwich special. Both were excellent and filling. Service was polite and nice. Will definitely go back again.

Went to Emmas for breakfast today. Heard it was very good. Saw they make their own bread, bagels, and burger buns. I ordered a breakfast bagel with egg, ham, and cheese along with a side of home fries. The bagel was hard and dry. more like a biscuit. It almost crumbled. I ended up just eating the egg and ham. The potatoes had no flavor. Not even salt or pepper. My husband had eggs, sausage, home fries and homemade toast. he found it flavorless. The waitress was polite but never asked how our meal was. I was also paying attention to reactions of other customers. No one was overly satisfied. I’m sorry, but we won’t be back.

Adorable breakfast spot in an area that sorely lacks in that department. The food itself is nothing remarkable but it stands out as one of the few non-Dunkin Donuts options for an early breakfast in the area. Loved their homemade bagels, but my potatoes were completely unseasoned. Worth the trip to try it out, but I’m not particularly eager to return.

This place is terrific! Delicious homemade food that includes quiche, homemade bread, homemade burger buns, fresh homemade pies, and cakes. The carrot cake was exceptional. To my delight the quiche had chunks of real ham, not deli meat. The restaurant is clean, and the help is friendly and efficient. The owner is an industrious woman working to save her farm and dedicated to provide tasty meals with a creative spark. Ah, I can’t forget to mention the delicious homemade applesauce that accompanied my quiche! This place is a must stop in and return to!

Tasty breakfast at a great price! Service was great and the wait staff was super friendly. It was the first time we had breakfast(or any meal) here and we were glad we decided to stop by here instead of heading over to Sylvan Beach. We’ll be back!

On the recommendation of a friend, I tried Emma’s early on Saturday morning. There were a couple«regulars» at the breakfast bar but it was too early for the weekend crowd so had my pick of tables. The menu looked great with lots of good choices. i decided on the breakfast sandwich on a homemade roll with home fries. It was a huge sandwich, almost too big to finish but it was so good I couldn’t let it go to waste! The home fries were tasty as well. Emma’s will definitely go in the breakfast rotation when we are in Sylvan Beach!

A gem. A treasure. I was passing through town on business and stopped for lunch, and had their chicken breast sandwich on a bun with spicy braised greens(escarole, I was told) with cole slaw on the side. Terrific. Good coffee too. Have a meal at Emma’s — you won’t be sorry!

The food here is amazing! It’s a small diner atmosphere with everything FRESH! The bread, bagels and rolls are all homeade. save room for the dessert it’s to die for! Cinnamon Roll French Toast is a must have if going for breakfast. Dishes are made to order. Not fast food – it’s worth the wait.
