This church is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pastor, Allen Harris, is warm, uninhibited and inspirational. The music, led by soloist Scott Posey, is awesome. The congregation is diverse and provides a number of important outreach programs. These include a monthly luncheon for the indigent and those in need, a clothing closet, prepacked bags of groceries and youth programs. The church itself is beautiful, built in the early 1800s, and President Garfield was actually once the minister here! Highly recommended for those seeking a thought provoking and enriching worship experience.
