George Girgis, DO – Fairview Hospital

Dr. Girgis himself is a phenomenal physician. Caring, respectful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, His staff is rude, inefficient and extremely disorganized and had me very concerned about the quality of my health care since they ARE the gateway to the Dr. It took me two weeks of them not simply paying attention to the phone number I would give them to call me back on a given day/​time before I finally got to a manager who was able to get information to Dr. Girgis that I was suffering badly and needed to be seen ASAP. Two weeks of needless suffering because the staff couldn’t be bothered to make sure they paid attention to their messages. His staff creates a DANGEROUS MEDICAL ATMOSPHERE — DO NOT USE as the managment of the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Department has expressed no interest in dealing with the staff to fix the issues they have
