HCP Construction

I contracted with HCP Construction to remodel my restaurant. They robbed me blind of my money. Did none of the remodeling I had asked. All of the subcontractors were not paid by Joe Gallo, the owner of HCP (even though they were paid well over what they were owed). Permits were never pulled, building plans never submitted and all work was illegally completed. At the 11^th hour plans were submitted to the city of Parma. They were rejected because the architect HCP uses had his licensed revoked. He is now facing criminal charges. HCP was convicted of failing to pull appropriate permits and not registering as a contractor. To date, almost a year later, I am still dealing with Joe Gallo because of his fraudulent lien against my building and his compulsive need to lie, cheat and steal. DO NOT TRUST HCP CONSTRUCTION, they will do nothing but harm your person, property and safety! ALL OF HCP’S CONSTRUCTION HAD TO BE RE-​DONE BECAUSE NONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! It took me over 10 months to reopen because of what Joe Gallo did to me. And I am still paying for it… use a different contractor, it will save you thousands in the end!
