Before I explain why I rated Lumber Liquidators 5 stars, I would like to comment on the unfair 3 star rating given by another customer. It is commonplace for any business to have an abundance of customers if their product is good and there is a sale going on. That is why we went to the store during non-​peak hours. Simply put, to rate a business 3 stars based upon the fact that prior customers were being served first is wrong. Our 5 rating is based upon the quantity of different flooring in the store; the quality and price of our flooring; the salesperson’s knowledge of different flooring and non-​agressive sales; the ease of purchase and coordination with their installer; and the installation price and workmanship by the installer. Simply put, this is the best place in town for outstanding flooring at a good price.

Store was really busy when I was there. Store is very small. They are so crowded in showroom that one can not shop. Asked for a sample of hardwood to take home, but they were too busy filling orders to help me. They said to wait. After an hour I left. They need to hire more people and enlarge the showroom.
