Visited August 2013 We stopped in on our way back to the airport. I’m so glad we did! I got a few truffles & a couple of cream center chocolates. They were all amazing!!! The staff was really friendly also.

I love, love, love Malley’s. It is a must stop place when we come home to visit. There is a chocolate place where I live now called Peterbrooke and the locals just rave about it. But it truly tastes disgusting in comparison to Malley’s. Yum!!!

Malley’s, you never disappoint me. I have been dying for some really good chocolate confections. I visited Malley’s, an old friend. Today my order of «Buckeyes» and Bordeaux toffees arrived. What can I say other than I shall be homebound until these wee sweeties are almost absent. Lovely candies. I cannot give five stars because the one treat that I desire most is not available for individual selection. It is a red/cherry colored/flavored hard, crackly interior with chocolate enrobing. I love this and it comes in the sampler. Whatever. I shall make do with my hidden chocolates. Life is looking so good right now!

Everything in here is far too expensive, except the chocolate bars and their weekly/monthly special on the front table. The factory second bags are over $ 10, what little they have of them, and you can’t even tell what’s in them, a total waste. Also, you can’t see inside the factory at all. The women at the counter are friendly.

Malley’s is the best chocolate I’ve ever eaten! If I know someone is travelling to Cleveland or if I have family visiting me from Cleveland I ask them to bring me back some treats anytime I can! I love the selection you can get in the store but their online store doesn’t do them justice to all the products that you can get in store, which is disappointing. But when I don’t have no more connections in Cleveland I will have to rely on the online store. I love getting the Malley’s fudge and peanut butter sauce(which you have to ask for by request) and making fudge and PB swirl homemade ice cream.

If God made chocolates they would taste like this! These are the best homemade chocolates I have ever tasted in my life! They are located right next to Metro Lexus on Brookpark Road. There are so many different types of candies at this place. It’s like a miniature Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory. So many choices and all the little old ladies that work there are so nice and sweet. They offer tours of the factory also.

My wife and I would rate this place differently. She’d give it 5 stars, I’m sure. On our last visit, the service was fair. Not particularly friendly, and no visits back to our table accept to drop off the check. The server didn’t smile much or attempt to engage our kids. I found the ice cream simply good. The cookies and cream and chocolate that I had were OK. The hot fudge is better than average but the peanut butter sauce, while freshly made, was not as tasty as what you might find at Friendly’s(which I’m sure is loaded with artificial ingredients). My wife loves the mint chocolate chip and peppermint stick. My daughter’s golden vanilla was better than your average vanilla. The Coke I ordered was terrible: a bad after taste of birch beer, Dr. Pepper, or something. We were initially attracted to Malley’s by the ads boasting an indoor carousel. Note that this is not a merry-go-round. There are 5 tables or so on a rotating platform which as the basic shell of a real carousel. The rotation is slow. We usually get thru 1 ½ rotations per visit. The prices are reasonable for the ice cream, but some of the gift chocolates can cost you plenty. I’ve found their chocolates, pretzels, etc. to be pretty good, but not decadent. I’ll go out on a limb. This may be one of those places that many people rave about and are fond of, but I bet a blind taste test would show that the food is only average. It’s a cute place, but it’s not terrific.
