Mayfield Hts License Bureau

First of all, I only go to a license bureau when I absolutely have to. I do online renewal of license plates as much as I can. Second, I have been to three other bureau locations throughout Cuyahoga County. This is the most dysfunctional, inefficient location I have used. Some of the workers do not care about getting things done efficiently. Example: I was at another location, found out that I needed to fill out a pretty long form to get my plates transferred. I was asked to fill out the form, and another customer was called to be taken care of while I was writing. By the time I was done, they were done. Two happy customers. That will not happen here. Expect to wait while the person in front of you fills out the form, and don’t expect to be served when they are done. Expect the person to go to the back of the office, talk for a while, shuffle some papers and come back to take care of you. I’ve seen this twice in the last few months. I will not come back, and go to one of the other locations.

This place is great! I went to renew my license. I came early morning during the week. I was third person in line and had my new license in about 10 minutes.
Staff is efficient and friendly. I have a few other transactions here and they all went smoothly.

Surprisingly, everytime I go here, they are pretty fast!
People there are really nice, just wish that had longer hours
