I had a family emergency requiring a stay in Cleveland. This is the only reliable wi-fi near my mom’s nursing facilities, so I had to visit often to email with other family members. For that I give them 5 stars. The quality of the food gets a 2.5. Where I have a big issue is the cleanliness. One afternoon, with few customers yet many employees, there was not a single clean table. I had to wipe one off myself. All while employees were playing rock/paper/scissors while the manager on duty watched. But I am grateful they were open Easter Sunday.

This is definitely a below average McDonalds. I know its fast food, but the food quality is very very low when compared to other McDonalds

Of course the food is always great. But this McDonald’s went above and beyond the call of duty! I left my cell phone in the bathroom; which by the way was very clean as was the rest of the restaurant. They mailed my cell phone back to me and kindly told me not to worry about paying for the postage. The gentleman, Chris, whom I spoke with was very kind. Fantastic customer service. Thanks! :)
