I went for a freshen-up on my perm 2 weeks before my wedding. Came out looking like a fried poodle. All of my co-workers said it looked terrible. We managed to make it look presentable for the wedding, but I had the perm deep conditioned and had several hot oil treatments before I finally straightened it. Had to cut most of my hair off because the hair was too fried and looked awful. Paid $ 150 for a shitty perm right before my wedding(done by Dana Curd). Wouldn’t recommend their hair services to anyone. However, they do have wonderful massage services!

Let me start by saying that good masseuses are hard to find. While you can easily find folks claiming to offer massages, finding someone that knows what they are doing is not as easy. I was in bad need of some help with knots in my back and someone recommended I try Mood Swings. I scheduled an appointment with Ann and will be a regular customer from this point forward. Upon my initial visit, she(of course) queried as to any specific problems I was having. After I explained the pain/discomfort, she explained to me(in detail) what was likely causing the pain and what she would do to relieve it. A «far cry» from someone just«rubbing you down», Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation!(A five star rating indicates — to me – that there is «no equal». I can’t attest to that, but I would definitely give her a 4.75 if possible).

Dana Curd is the best! She was recommended by the world famous florist Rhon Logan, and he certainly hit the mark. Dana did my hair and veil for my wedding. Her skills superceded those of anyone else that I tried(even in other cities). Not only did Dana make me beautiful on my wedding day(and subsequently in the wedidng photos), but she was an absolute delight to interact with on the most important day of my life. Thank you, Dana!
