I had made an online order and had to return it. Instead of doing so online I stopped in here. The cashier exceeded my expectations by knowing immediately how to process a return of an online order and being able to process it without any problems. I did find it a bit odd that she had to type each ticket number into the system instead of scanning it, especially when she had already scanned the bar code on my packing slip, but oh well… I then walked around this warehouse style store to try on some different sizes. The store was pretty disorganized. Maybe they were in a transition phase of some sort, but it was in addition to being picked over, not well categorized. I actually ended up in the fitting room with a pair of boy’s shorts that I picked up off a rack next to men’s shorts. There were also racks and what seemed like back room equipment scattered throughout the floor blocking some logical walk ways around the store. The fitting rooms were mediocre. I could access them myself which was nice. There were only 3 hooks though which really were just straight pegs that could only hold 3 – 4 hangers before things fell on the floor. There were no hooks even on the door. The mirror was small too — there was only one and it wasn’t tall enough to show my entire body(I am 6′) — so they either need a bigger one or to move it up higher… Check out was again quick and problem free. A different cashier quickly processed my order. And the chip reader on Old Navy’s till was actually working. If the $ 4.99 long sleeve shirts I bought(on sale from $ 15) actually hold up after long-term wear my rating might bump up to a 4… but only time will tell. For now this is another store I might keep my eye on when I stop in at the nearby Target. Nice employees, but certainly not fastidious.

Old Navy has hit or miss styles, but the employees at this store are a definite hit. I got an email letting me know the entire store was 40% off excluding clearance and I was nearby so I went. A fairly large store, one side women’s and girls, the other men and boys. They have a ton of stuff! The store is organized and clean as far as I could see. Clearance section, also large but completely unorganized but who cares when you’re getting a good deal. To my surprise, clearance was an additional 50% and I love sales! Yay! I found a lot of great items. So stop in because you never know what kind of sale you’ll find. At the checkout, a lot of the prices were even lower than tag. Amanda, who was working the register was very sweet and helpful. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t mind. We both wowed as the prices kept dropping. She talked me into getting an Old Navy card and I’m glad I did, saving me an additional 20% on everything. I would definitely come back to this store if I decide to visit an Old Navy again soon.

Dear lord, this place is a mess. Old Navy is Old Navy and I’ve never been a huge fan, but it’s good for some things(plain tshirts, sweatshirts…) and I’m glad I know generally what my size is here, because going to these stores is torture. Whether there’s a crowd or not, this store is never tidy and it requires a lot of patience. I only come here if I’m really bored and already in the area.

I have had quality issues with 2 pairs of pants purchased there this year & both times i was able to exchange without a receipt, as who holds onto a receipt if you plan to keep the pants, right? The staff was nothing but helpful and made the process easy. I realize old navy products aren’t meant to hold up forever, but when pants die after less than a month, I appreciate a quick and easy exchange

Barley gets one star. Store is always a mess and lines are 15 people long. Some of the employess are pleasant though. Keeping Cleveland preppy never felt so good!

The staff at this Old Navy are really great. I brought in a pair of sandals I’d bought like 2 months ago, after a strap broke(I guess my sausage-toes are busting out of footwear now). I didn’t have the receipt. A nice woman walked all over the store with me to find out if they still had the sandals. They didn’t, but they said they would just exchange them for me and file it as damaged goods. I got a new(albeit different) pair of sandals at around the same price with no problem! Luckily, this pair doesn’t have as many straps…
