Food was good, service was good, but when I got the check things went downhill. The waitress would not process my credit card, asked me to use the game boy or iPad thing on the table. I was tired after a day of working on a computer and came to a sit down restaurant to interact with people, not another friggin machine. Then to add insult to injury I couldn’t just enter the $ 4 tip I’d calculated off the dinner and wine total. That would have been 17%. But no, I had to use some childish slider which said my $ 4 was 14% because it was based on a total which included the sales tax and the LGBT Tax or something like that. Give me a break. So, the meal was fine, but I left with a sour taste in my mouth.

Took out an eggplant parmigiana that came with spaghetti. Eggplant was cold, sauce was tasteless. Generally a pretty horrible culinary experience. I will never go to an Olive Garden again.

This is the nicest, newest Olive Garden I’ve ever eaten at. The food was great. The service was pretty bad. The server did one of those things where she took everyone’s order and didn’t write a damn thing down. Of course, about ten minutes later, she comes back to the table to ask me what I ordered. She expected me to remember their menu names too I guess but I didn’t remember the name of the soup or the name of the pasta sauce in the build your own pasta bowl that I ordered. We were already aggravated that I guess they no longer bring the breadsticks and soup/salad until only a couple of minutes before your entrée arrives. The other thing that I didn’t like was that the children’s meal comes with a drink. My daughter asked if they had fruit punch and she said no. My daughter asked if they had lemonade-the server said we can make you such and such type of lemonade and its really good. My daughter happily agreed to that. Well here comes a fancy bar made non alcoholic drink for my daughter which of course we had to pay for even though we had only wanted the free drink that came with the kids meal. We did enjoy the food but after paying the bill, I reminded my family that we have been disappointed the past few times we’ve gone to Olive Garden. Finally, even though it was simple thing, we always loved the Andes mints at the end of the meal, but I guess those are a thing of the past as well.

We made our return trip to this location. Everything was perfect this time. The food was really good, the service was really good and it made for a really nice evening out. I think this was way above typical Olive Garden fare this time. Thank you again Chris, we’ll be back. This last visit was by far the best visit I’ve ever had at any Olive Garden. Great job!

I am not a big chain restaurant person. –understatement. Having said that, I have been to Olive Garden once about 15 years ago and it was good. This was now my second time. And frankly, it is quite good. I went for a late lunch on a Tuesday. Place was mostly empty. Sat at a booth. Most of it seemed new and clean. Server was helpful and friendly. We ordered the soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch. As a vegan this was our vegetarian friendly meal. We also ordered the extra small plate of white bean hummus with toasted bread. Mother in Law ordered the Fetucini Alfredo with a side of the asparagus. She loved it. The hummus was very good. Better than I expected. A nice mix of chopped tomatos and full cloves of baked garlic were swimming in the hummus and made a nice topping for the toasted bread and that for $ 2.99. The salad was fresh and with the bread sticks very good. The Minestrone soup was awesome. We were all full for a cheap price. It was all-you-could-eat but we could not eat anything more. And we had a healthy filling meal with good service.

Alright, we eat here about twice a month and every time We order spaghetti. They always, bring salad and bread sticks. It is always good and always superb service. That is why I give them a perfect rating. After all, we have been here so much I now know how to fix spaghetti.

Love the restaurant, but the service here is very beginner and they’re always training people.

I really enjoyed my shrimp penne. Others in my family had pizza and chicken marsala. Sad to say, but my wife did not enjoy her chicken marsala. Her favorite is still Carrabba’s. The Tiramisu is still tops as far as I am concerned. Nice service from Mary. It’s our local Olive Garden and we will surely go back soon.

The décor sucks compared to Chattanooga. The booths and tables are cheap and the place looks plain inside. I know the food is the same essentially, but it just tastes so much better in Chattanooga. Add that to the fact that it’s the best place the toothless natives have ever eaten, and you’ll wait forever to be disappointed all over again. Side note: I’m a big guy. Tables and booths that don’t move is just dumb

I’ve only been here twice but it’s always busy. I really loved the baked pasta romana I had the first time, it was delicious! There salads are alright but you would think the lettuce might be better or more cut up. I found really large chunks in my bowl. The other time I got the endless soup and salad deal. To my dismay they didn’t have the chicken and potato florentine they had been advertising on tv. So I got the gnocci and chicken. I had about three gnocci and the chicken was the same found in a can of campbell’s chicken noodle soup(little pink bites), gross! The service is great but for the price I am paying I want quality food, not something that tastes like it came from a can.

I gotta say… My Athens friends told us to stay away. We were hitting the clearance sale at Mal-Wart for a Christmas tree and figured there is a Olive Garlic in the same lot might as well go. It was busy for a Sunday noonish. I guess people give up church on Sunday to go to OG? Our waiter, Scott was very attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. I would have given five stars, but the table was still dirty from last night. Eww… Where was management on New Year’s Eve? They were already working. They should have finished cleaning the store before going home. I will go back. As for Dardin… I do like Longhorn. I think it has more to do with the individual stores than the company as a whole. There are crappy stores within every chain company not just Dardin. Been to an Outback lately… Me neither. They suck.

Service was one of the worst I’d ever had. Only reason it got two stars is because of the manager up front. Very professional and acted ike a manager should. I might visit again just because of him. Food was good, and wife loved her shrimp pasta.

Last guy reviewing sounds like a health nut who should never leave the house. First, Grand Opening was that 11⁄28. Brand new building and a beautiful building and excellent group of young people working. I found all the food of excellent quality and service staff crawling over each other to be helpful, nice and always smiling. I was out with 4 other coworkers and we had a great time.

This hole can best be summed up by the fact that it’s in the parking lot of Wal*Mart. Darden restaurants have gone way downhill. Been to Red Lobster lately? Olive Garden is on the same path. All of the ingredients are of the lowest quality. NOTHING is fresh besides the lettuce in your salad. The pasta is never al-dente, the sauces are bland and processed, and the service is slow and confused. If you want to stuff yourself on insipid garbage and pretend you’re a sophisticate with wine that’s more at home in the vinegar aisle of a grocery store, Olive Garden is your place. If you want a real meal at a decent price, there are plenty of local restaurants close by(esp. Gondolier) that fit the bill beautifully. In major cities, Olive Garden is always in the run-down part of the edge of town, and it’s a place most decent people would be embarrassed to take a date. It’s fake, overpriced, and downright tacky, and this shiny new one in Cleveland is no different.
