Classic and very dependable! I know that I may have to wait to be seated here but the fact that my meal is exactly what I have come to love makes up for it! A little slow on service but s friendly staff. Usually sit in booths in the bar area!

My steak was overcooked and grainy. Lacked flavor and seasoning. The broccoli was buttery and mushy. The salad was drenched in Caesar dressing overall a disappointment. I mentioned all of this to the bartender who was less than enthusiastic and did not offer a fix. Save the stop. Should have went to Longhorn it had four stars…

We were warmly greeted by the hostess upon arrival and seated promptly in a comfortable table. Our waiter was amazing! He was attentive and on top of our orders!!! He refilled our drinks and kept our food coming with out delay! The food was wonderful and our steaks were made to order. The endless shrimp was worth every penny. We had not been to an Outback in years, but the same Quality and quantity still reigns true and their Blooming Onion is still delicious all these years later! Cameron was our 5 star waiter at this Outback! We will be back!!!

Worst service in town. Food was cold and over priced for the amount that would normally come. Mgr. was unhelpful and did not address any issues between kitchen and wait staff. Mgr was a better busboy than the serve staff at least.

I’ve been here several times, and it’s always been hit or miss (mostly RBIs). This past visit, however, has inspired me to write a quick review.
Something has to be said for a place that has been around for years and was able to deliver a top notch experience like they’ve done tonight.
Our bartender was curtious, attentive, and entertaining. My girlfriend and I’s filets were perfectly cooked.
Bottom line: don’t sit in family land if you’re a foodie,…just don’t do it. Sit at the bar if you want proper service and need to convey the need for a properly cooked meal now-a-days (and visit Corey he is an amazing bartender).
I’d recommend giving this place a second shot if you’ve been passing it by lately.

Very bad service or bad food. If you want good server go to longhorn that is where i go now after time and time again of them getting my stake wrong or bad service. I have talked with the manger she said it was do to turn over but i am tired of them messing up. I will not return.

I stopped in here during a long drive. Service was prompt, excellent, and we were able to get back onto the road in no time. It was a free bloomin’ onion day because the Daytona 500 was yesterday, but I didn’t feel like eating it so I didn’t get it. I noticed a lot of other table had it though. Food was okay, as expected. Overall, I really appreciated the service.

These folks flat out lie about wait times. Called an hour ahead, showed up on time and were told they would call us back shortly. Waited 30 minutes and were told it would be another 30 minutes. Walked back in the check a few minutes later and they said it’s probably going to be an hour because we just now got salads out to the people at the table. The lady at the counter admitted they give optimistic wait times.

Went on a Sunday night, wasn’t very crowded, waited about 10 minutes to be seated for two. Server was slow to begin with, had to watch everyone around us get served while we waited on water, and when he finally brought it we couldn’t even order until he came back (another 5 mins are so).
It took a while for our salads to finally come. They were ok aside from the croutons which were really bad. They were soggy and gross and the tomatoes didn’t seem very fresh.
Finally after an hour the food came and the fries were limp, the lettuce on my sandwich had obviously been sitting there for a while (it felt like rubber), and my friend said his steak was cold and his fries were also limp and soggy.
We told the waiter were weren’t happy and just wanted the check for the salads and we’d go. The manager took care of our check and we left. Too bad, ended up getting chicken tenders at DQ.
Outback wasn’t a place we wen’t very often but it’s certainly not a place we’ll be going now.

I’ve been here several times a month for years and I’ve never had a negative experience. The Seared Ahi Tuna is my favorite appetizer anywhere. They offer coupons on an almost weekly basis, which makes visiting here even more appealing. I’m a big fan of the Pork Tenderloins w/the apricot based sauce and my wife usually gets the Blue Cheese Chopped salad… Though we’ve tried most everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed. I don’t know about other Outbacks, but the one in Cleveland is great. On a side note, they have a new manager who introduced himself today and seems to serious about making customers happy. We’ll be back.

Outback… Eeew!!!
Just like every other Outback, just terrible.
Slow service, mediocre food.
The best about our meal were the idiot behind us constantly taking pictures with the flash going off in our eyes.
