After my appointment, I walked around the sales floor for a good 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Two couples walked in later that I did and were served immediately for picking up glasses. Another client and I tried to help each other pick out glasses because the staff was so inattentive. Finally, one of the employees did acknowledge me, I had one pair of eyeglasses in my hand that were a maybe, and he immediately said, oh so this is what you want? No. I didn’t know what I want. I had received absolutely no guidance on what I should have. I left. I didn’t even bother sticking around to see what was going to happen. I’m going to try Eyewear at the Hamptons and see if my experience is better.

They had such great service. He had great patience with my grandmother, which is a great feat! Nelson deserves a giant raise! :)

Unbelivably rude service staff. Handed me a pair of glasses and then insinuated «it looks like you just came out of a wal-​mart vision center» (you picked them out! you handed them to me! whats wrong with wal mart?) then suggested only my significant other could be trusted to pick out my frames. Excuse me? Whose making the purchase here? Home of the rudest employee in the heights. Go elsewhere.

I visited this shop while in town for work about a month ago and have been meaning to write a review ever since. First off, they were the only shop to carry the frame collection that I have been wearing consistently over the past 5+ years so figured they’d be the most knowledgeable and best to service my frame. Not only did this prove to be true during my visit but they also had a bigger range of frames from my beloved collection than I have ever seen in any optical store before. So while I wasn’t expecting it, I not only received the best service to bring life back to my old frame, but I also ended up walking out with a new frame to add into my personal collection! Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of exquisite glasses or service! Thank you Park Opticians…

Its like a cult in there. You walk in and all them employees hungrily stare at you and try to size you up. Same thing when you leave. They are overpriced and offer poor service. Horrible recommendations on frames and lenses. They pretty much rely on uninformed customers and take advantage of them. Save your sanity and your money and go to Les Lunette Optique by Beachwood instead.

The staff here are friendly, very knowledgeable and patient when they provided me with options on which eyeglass frame best suited me. I had some issues with the nosepads, I brought them back in for an adjustment and it was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Park Opticians for your next pair of frames. If you want some high quality frames outside of the cheap stuff they have at Lenscrafters, definitely make a visit here to see the variety of awesome frames they have. They carry IC Berlin, Tag, and a lot of foreign frames that are awesome! 2 thumbs up!
