I love perkits! Probably mostly because it’s nostalgic for me. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid in the 80’s. While it’s not the fanciest «froyo» place (pretty sure it looks exactly the same as it did when I was little) and might not have the smörgåsbord of toppings that newer places have, it won’t break the bank to bring your family here for a treat!

Wow, this is great. I love this ice cream shop. I got raspberry tart with strawberries and coconut on it, What an excellent combination. The person who waited on me was friendly and should be promoted to manager with a raise. She knew her customer service well.
There is a walkway in front of the store that you can ride a bike, jog or take a leisurely stroll down for miles. While you are on it, and you get hot or thirsty, you can stop here for a break. They do have drinks in here. The cokes they have are bottled cokes like they once used all the time during the 80’s and before.

Better than Orange Leaf. Cheaper than Orange Leaf. Locally owned. Their tart flavors are fabulous. Birthday cakes are great too. Every time we come to Cleveland we make a stop here. Best yogurt in East TN!

This was for many years the only game in town and I wondered if I really loved it or just circumstantially loved it in the Yogurt desert that was Cleveland, TN.
Well over the past year we’ve had two slick chain yogurt shops pop up within a few miles of this oasis of awesome and it has been confirmed that Perkits is indeed world class!
Still the best in town.

I like Perkits. Right of the Greenway, where everyone walks, can be a definite bonus. They have fresh fruit and candies for topping or mixing in your yogurt. My all time fav is strawberries and granola with vanilla yogurt. As a side note, I use to love this place as a kid. The walls are mirrored and it’s pink inside with the cutest chairs and tables. Felt like I was in a dollhouse ;)
