Pizza Hut

I order a 2 pizza at 4pm and they told me it will get home at 4:57 and I paid with my credit card and no pizza came, I call them again to ask them about my order and they said I didn’t order anything but they toke my money from my credit debit account, they apologized and said it was going to send me the pizza and guess no pizza again no I call again ask to talk to the manager and she said my pizza will get here at 6:10, now Iam waiting again. What a bad service this location have.

I grew up in a town with not many pizza options. Pizza Hut was a standard. I hadn’t ordered from them for a while when I moved back to Cleveland. There was one right around the corner from my house, and I LOVE places I can walk to. Well, we were not impressed with the product from their previous location (it was directly across the street.) Lo and behold, one day I went for carry-​out, and I saw some GROSS staff at the *previous* site. We promptly stopped going there.
I mentioned it to a Domino’s staff person a few months ago, and he said they closed that location and opened across the street. We gave the new location a shot, you know, neighborhood store and all.
Way better than before. Not the best pizza I have had in my life, but it is hot, fresh, clean, and tastes like «Pizza Hut.» You’re never gonna beat a fresh-​at-​the-​table dine-​in Pizza Hut, but their location is good. Safe bet.
