I can’t really rate their install or price because they never would get back to me. I emailed them THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE and they never responded. I called and spoke to someone who said that Jeff would call me and he never did. They could be the greatest company on earth, but they must have so much business they don’t need mine.

Terrible people!
I was quoted $ 1200 to fix two garage doors by a technician named Paul. Paul proceeded to talk down to me like I was an idiot. So I did not go with precision to fix my doors. Three days later I got both doors fixed for $ 300 total (by a company named 5 star garage doors). I called Precision to tell the manager about the large difference in price quotes, a girl named Taylor answered the phone and thought that she had hung up on me and proceeded to tell her coworker that she was glad that she did because Brad the manager didn’t want to talk to me anyways. She then told me that Jeff the owner would call me back to discuss all the events that happened above, and Jeff never called me. Terrible experience– still mad that I had to pay Paul the technician 40 bucks to quote me $ 1200…
