If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my car in to Rick Case Hyundai, as they did some recall work on our cars, so was receiving their coupons in the mail. I had a continuous leak of what I told them I assumed was oil, but when they came back with the service order, they said I needed to replace my power steering pump/hoses and it was going to cost about $ 2,000. I declined the service and checked my power steering fluid; it was full. While my car was there, they claimed to have changed my oil but I suspect they either A, never changed the oil, or B, didn’t care that I had an oil leak.
Flash forward and I am still leaking oil to the point my oil light is on. Either they use inept mechanics or, more likely, they lie to customers to get them to spend money on service they don’t need. Particularly if that customer is a woman.
I would take my Hyundai anywhere but there. And this has helped me to eliminate one dealer out of my future car search.

Turned in my lease. Used their wear and use estimation tool. Everything was in accordance with the tool provided. They dinged me for marks on the wheels. (No mention of this on the «Tool» they provided.) Also said the tires had low tread. (They did not.) The vehicle only had 29,000 miles (!) on it and was well within the tread allowance. In addition to the $ 400 lease turn in fee, they slapped me with $ 490 for excess wear and tear for a grand total of almost $ 1000. DO NOT lease a Hyundai. I never will again and I will tell anyone and EVERYONE I know not to as well. I’ve leased in the past without any such hassles. Sorry I ever tried a Hyundai.

I was in town for work when the check engine light went on in my 2006 Sonata. The service department here had the lowest diagnostic fee I found and was able to work me in on the same, before I started the long drive home. They diagnosed the problem, and started fixing it right away, but when it turned out the part they had didn’t fit, they confirmed that it would be safe for me to drive home and then didn’t charge me the diagnostic fee, which I had already agreed to pay. They were fast, friendly, and more than fair. If I lived here I’d definitely be using them for service.

I am a young female, I’ll admit it. And I admit that I’m naïve, but I didn’t expect to end up with such a bad deal. For a car that’s worth $ 9K on KBB fair purchase, from a dealer, in good condition (which my car may be considered), and for 36,500 miles (I bought my car with 44,000) – after everything, I end up paying $ 19,436… Please tell me how this happened?
So I go back to the dealer to find out just how I ended up paying double and they gave me a bunch of numbers and statistics, and then at the end, they tell me that they only made $ 300 off me. When I asked them how they did that, they said they had a screen on the computer. I asked them to show it to me, and they said they wouldn’t. I never would’ve expected such «experts» and people who «try to get YOU the best deal» straight up LIE TO YOU
Don’t go here. I don’t mind that much getting a bad deal, but I do mind getting LIED to.

I traded in my toy for a more fuel friendly vehicle and a cheaper payment. When I was here I worked with their Internet sales person and walked out paying invoice on the car I wanted. No hassle. Probably the quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. There is not as much wiggle room on the base model vehicles. That is anywhere though!
A few weeks later I returned and talked to the same guy and purchased my mother a brand new sonata at nearly $ 7000 under sticker.
Do your research and figure out what you want. Make sure they have it on the lot. Then, ask for Matt the Internet sales guy if you want a quick and good deal.
