Sonic Drive In

I have had so many issues with this sonic it’s almost comical to see what they can screw up. I’ve received clear slushes twice. Once there was no flavor added. The second the flavor was in the bottom, unmixed. I sent the second one back 3 times before it finally came out right, but somehow went from a 44oz to a 32oz??? I just took it and left.
I’ve ordered sandwiches with «no tomato» and then received said sandwich with «chicken and tomato» only. The EXACT OPPOSITE of what I requested. Hot dogs that should have cheese and bacon come out with onions and mustard.
On multiple occasions my drinks are wrong sized, or I’ve received a drink that’s about 1.5 inches from full or little to no ice.
Also, when you ask for dipping sauce WITH your order, they have to go back and get it when they being your food. Once I had a carhop that carried it with her, «just in case»! Promote that girl and give her a management position!!! She was the only one there thinking that day.
Heather, the manager, has tried compensating with coupons. But every time I go there it’s more problems on problems. And the times my order is actually right has become a rare occasion. Coupons don’t cut it anymore.
