We parked here because they provided us the option to reserve our spot and pay online-​we drove all the way from Detroit MI. It’s a great location, but there aren’t a lot of spaces. The whole reason I’m giving this a one star is because we ended up getting stuck in their elevator! There were four in our group and the elevator stopped functioning. We used the emergency call button and the security guard wasn’t concerned that we were stuck or that it was extremely hot in there. He said that he’d call the company and tell them we were stuck. 30 mins later STILL NO help and the guard said he was waiting for the company to call him back… it was a horrible experience. The experience is the reason I’m writing my first review. I don’t want anyone else to get stuck in the elevator there.
