Well Its Starbucks, what can I say,” They do it right as a company.” And for the most part this unit is no exception. As you have probably read in other reviews… PARKING…is its biggest downfall but I don’t remove a star for that. My concerns are execution and service reasons. This is a small space and I believe it does a great job being a small community Bucks. But That being said they always seem overwhelmed no matter the amount of guests waiting to be served. This cost one star. Pace and Intensity ARE trainable. The other is Just a general sense of cleanliness, some of this is because of the lack of natural light, not uncommon for small space businesses. I’m sure the managers know about this but it is a distraction to even the«small black coffee» guest who’s been coming forever and just won’t say the word Grande. Guilty. Anyways, It’s Starbucks and despite this ones flaws the coffee is still great. Stop in and grab your Grande beverage of choice. #coffee

I came in at around 9:30am, I got my usual, dark roast. I actually got lucky and grabbed a spot in the smallest parking lot ever, so the walk back to the car was short. I got in the car and sipped the coldest coffee I have ever had. That’s pretty early. At 930 you should have hot coffee there’s no real excuse for it at any time but 930 is like prime time. Prime time fail.

Workers are sweet and parking is VERY limited. Only 3 parking spaces for non handicap. But besides that very nice location

Hands down my favorite Starbucks. The parking leaves much to be desired but the staff is the best around. I will drive past other locations to come to this Starbucks if I have time. They don’t roll their eyes if I have an odd order and they don’t cut corners when it comes to making drinks. The baristas are all super friendly and the location is very clean. I live on the west end of Lakewood and frequently go out of my way to come to this location.

If it’s chilly outside, it’s even colder inside. Be prepared with lots of layers because for some reason, this place is not heated. Seriously.

I have been coming here almost daily while studying for an exam and job hunting, which has given me the opportunity to witness all kinds of all kinds of antisocial customer and non-customer behavior, and the seemingly endless patience of the staff. Baristas and management deserve some serious credit for having endless patience while cleaning up after others and dealing with the occasional difficult customer or squatting non-customer users of seating and bathrooms. It took some time to become recognized as a regular but the staff is usually strikes a decent balance between customer engagement and efficiency. Efficiency is appreciated here because this tends to be a busy location and the line can be long. Parking is a sort of an ongoing Fall-of-Saigon reenactment and customers tend to miss the larger log in the back, opting instead for the 15 minute lot in front(even if their stays significantly surpass 15 minutes.) Speaking of parking, drivers sometimes park in the clearly marked«no parking anytime» areas, park across the sidewalk, and enter either of the one-way lots facing the wrong direction which leads to gridlock for customers attempting to enter or leave in correctly. If you drive and park here, consider entering at Anytime Fitness and parking behind Starbucks as a first choice. Even if both lots are full, there is typically street parking within a block or less. Also, if you really are just popping in to get something to go rather than enjoying the«third place» consider using the Mobile Order and Pay feature on the app in order to expedite your order and minimize your wait. I am hopeful that this Starbucks might move in order to accommodate the volume of traffic, parking, and potentially add a drive-through, but overall this location does a great job and I’m glad to have it in the neighborhood.

This is not my favorite Starbucks and I’ll tell you why: 1. Parking is garbage. Minimal spaces, people are always hunting for a spot, and the street parking isn’t great either. This would be better if there was a drive-thru. 2. The wait. I’ve never been to this bux when there wasn’t a line. I don’t mind waiting but the line needs to move. Between fussing with the parking and then the line waiting, I feel like all I ever do at this location is wait. 3. Service is hit or miss. I can imagine the stress of being the sole Starbucks in Lakewood and being so busy, but I’d appreciate consistent, pleasant service. 4. Cleanliness. I often find that this location is a little more unkempt which is probably due to the business of this location. So, not my favorite location, but the product is consistant so I keep coming back.

During my time in Lakewood, I frequented this Starbucks. I’ve watched it go through countless staff changes, and while I certainly miss some of the original crew, these guys are usually spot on. Parking sucks, but it comes with the territory. Sometimes you have to circle a few times to get a spot, but they turn over customers pretty well, so it shouldn’t take too long!

I enjoy stopping here. Always a friendly staff, never get my order wrong, in and out quickly, and it’s always clean it seems.

Does this store have any staff member who is concerning about timing for so-called«15 minutes parking»?! I simply wanted to take a coffee to go and leave, but instead I was waiting for a vacant parking slot for more than 20 minutes, before I had to give up and drive off. My greatest apologies, but I am convinced that so large company as Starbucks could afford some towing activity in order to have people follow so plain rules. Minus one customer.

The exclusive reason this doesn’t earn 3 stars is because of the parking situation. You have to park midway down side streets, or if you’re lucky, on-street, across a very busy street. The lot itself is teeny-tiny, with only about 5 «15 minute» slots. Personally, I go to Starbucks to work on my writing, so I’m bound to be there for a while. Other than that, service was prompt and amicable if not outright caffeinated cheerfulness. Plugs for your laptop etc., are sparse, so make sure your battery is charged. Seating is not ample, but average. It’s about the size of a small Target Store Starbucks. Restrooms are clean. Overall for my purposes, this isn’t the right Starbucks, but if you just need a quick in and out coffee that you’re willing to wait in line for, this would work.

This Starbucks attracts THESTRANGEST people. I literally just watched a woman purchase a small bag of ground coffee, tap a small amount of it onto the top of her hand and SNORTIT. Right in plain view. What the F? I have been on a roll receiving lots of «Yelp Review of the Day» awards but something tells me this review won’t make the cut.

I’m not crazy about this location right now, because of all the construction out front, which makes parking a hassle. The service is fast, but very loud at this location. I had a meeting here and I froze and the noise made it hard to hear one another.

I can find a Starbucks in a dessert. I wouldn’t be able to find water, but I could find my coffee. Typical Starbucks had here but with a kink that irritates the masses; a teeny tiny parking lot. Being a former Barista I know most Starbucks locations were former gas stations and at times have creative parking lots. This one blows most other Starbucks out of the water with only 4 – 5 spots out front. Other than the parking opportunities this Starbucks offers everything you’re used to getting, coffee, tea, pastries, and a sitting area.

I only drink black coffee. So I’m only reviewing the brick. Overall a nice place. Its clean. but compared to other Starbucks, im a little let down. Limited parking(4 spots, restricted to 15min) so if you plan on staying you are forced to park on a side street, and sometimes thats a challenge. Seating inside is mostly wooden tables and wooden chairs, for me they get uncomfortable after awhile. Limited cushion seating at this place compared to other Starbucks. They only have one unisex restroom.. Ill have meetings there if i need to, but with the crowds and loud atmosphere, I will just take mine to-go.

I agree with everyone else. This is a crazy busy Starbucks. It’s taking a huge gamble every time you want to go, because there are like 4.5 parking spots there(maybe another half a spot if someone wants to park illegally and inconvenience everyone else). However, people go in and out, so the spots become available quickly. Problem is, it’s not on a side street, and it’s not in a dead area, so you can’t exactly just«go around the block.» You really have to either have the balls to idle at the corner, snag a metered spot on Clifton(after 9:30 am), or park on 115th street. That being said, the coffee tastes so great at this Starbucks! That may sound ridiculous. But this location always makes great drinks and they don’t usually feel light as a feather because of all the foam like some locations do it. Everyone is really nice too. A very small space, but you can usually find someplace to sit, mostly because everyone’s on their way to work.

I’m not a huge Starbuck’s fan to begin with, but for some reason I feel like this location attracts 75% of the Cleveland population all at once. It’s so busy all.the.time. I would suggest you come here when you have some time to kill, not if you’re running on time to work and you need a little jolt. If so, you’ll be at least 15 minutes late. I know people who will literally only order regular coffee from this location because of the fact that it’s the easiest and fastest for them to make. Yea, let me go ahead and adjust my order to fit within your inability to serve people adequately – this is funny to me. Other than the busiest and the slow service, this is pretty much like any other location of S-bucks. The coffee is the same, so is the tea. And one of the redeeming qualities of this place is the outdoor seating area. It’s really quite nice, clean, and has lots of areas to pop-a-squat with your joe – er whatever. As many of the other Unilocalers have mentioned the parking situation is atrocious, but I’m sure you can already understand why. You know… considering how busy it is. It’s certainly not the best Starbucks, but it’s not the worst, either. Just prep yourself for slower service.
