Steven Mastroianni is not the wedding photographer for everyone. He is not, for example, the photographer for the bride and groom who would rather have tens of thousands of digital images of their wedding — snapped hastily as if in a panic — which can be later manipulated with corny backdrops. Steven Mastroianni is not the wedding photographer for everyone. But he was the perfect wedding photographer for my husband and for me. Mastroianni specializes in black and white photo. As far as I am concerned, he wrote the book on how to capture black and white images outdoors and indoors. Every single one of our wedding photos(and he gave us three albums worth from the day) was a treasure and, all vanity aside, even our friends still ask to look at the album because the composition of his photos is so impressive. Mastroianni is extremely low-key and flexible. He slips into the backdrop of your wedding, but manages to capture all of the important moments. Comparitively speaking, he was affordable, his delivery time was efficient(he hand develops his photos — the novelty!), and the product amazing. 4⁄27 — I’m in the process of adding some of Steven’s pix to my profile for visual aids.
