If you like doing things like sitting around on your MacBook, drinking coffee and vinyl, you should come here. This place will satisfy at least one of those needs. If you’re lucky, all three. My only experience with The Loop is brief; I stopped by on my way back from Pittsburgh and although I can only speak from one visit, I mostly have good things to say. At first glance, this place has a tiny vinyl selection. If you’re just downstairs you’ll be dissapointed so go upstairs where the meat of the stuff is. The selection is… Choosy? The loop wheels and deals in all sorts of genres but if you’re only looking for Adele, Taylor swift and and Jimi Hendrix reissues you might be dissapointed. Although it might seem strange given the bulk of their inventory is new vinyl, the real strength of this place is used titles; they have a very good selection and outstanding prices on some very popular older titles. Although they have some good new titles, they are a bit pricey. If you’re looking for a coffee shop this place is good too. There’s plenty of places to sit and their coffee is pretty darn good. Dissapointed in their pastries. If you live in the greater Cleveland area, check this place out but it’s not worth a journey.

Gotta give some love to this coffee shop! Great ambiance to help me focus and friendly service too. I’ve been coming here recently to get some work done and usually spend hours camped up in this spot. I’m a fan of their dark roast and prices are fairly affordable! The baristas are great company and love what they do. The shop also sells music records too! Tremont hipster vibes be strong. Also note, this place can get packed during busy hours. So expect to find some cramped seating if you didn’t order your coffee to go!

Very cool coffee shop. Typical prices, but awesome space. They sell vinyl records, new and used. They also have artwork on the wall for sale. In addition to downstairs seating, there’s a loft upstairs with a few more seats. I believe there’s also a vinyl player up there for you to listen to records. Really great vibe overall, would love to spend time working/studying there if I lived in Cleveland.

I am completely obsessed with this coffee shop. Not only is the location an absolute convenience for me, but the coffee is absolutely AMAZING. A place that roasts their own coffee beans, spewing the smells into the surrounding neighborhood AND sells vinyl records, is simply genius. & the staff is one of the coolest crew in the city. This place is a must when you’re in the Tremont neighborhood.

11÷7÷15 As I walked by this place in search of a spro, I could feel my hipster senses tingling. I walked through the door and I was met with a pleasant mixture of the smell of roasted beans and the sight of art lining the wall. I requested a doppio from the barista and walked around the store. The Loop is not just a coffeehouse. They sell Cd’s and records as well. That’s right, I was able to enjoy an espresso and admire their sweet vinyl collection. One of the cool things I noticed about their collection was their focus on local art and music. Their impressive wall of art featured plenty of local talent, and the same can be said for their music collection. Don’t let the hipster vibe scare you off if it’s not your scene. If local art and vinyl aren’t your thing, you can still enjoy your drink without engaging in either. The area is spacious and there is plenty of seating if you want to have a chat with a friend or enjoy the free WiFi. And as for the espresso? Spot on.

They have almond syrup! I love almond lattes but they are a hard thing to come by because it is not a popular flavor and therefore most places do not carry it. Their almond latte was exceptionally good with the right temperature I was able to take a sip right away.

First time to Loop. Great coffee drink selection. My husband for a mocha which was excellent add was the cappuccino that I got. They had a nice music selection and the ambiance was urban chic. The only downside was that the wifi was very shoddy, perhaps because of the use by the large crowd at that time. I would come back for sure.

I love this place, & Tremont is lucky to have it. It’s a great place for people like me who work from home & want to «camp out» someplace to get some work done for awhile. No pressure, no judgy looks, etc., & a bonus of it being a music store is that the tunes are always great, too. No need to bring your own headphones! They have plenty of plugs, lots of light, & a chill vibe that makes this a really desirable place to hang out for a bit — plus, when the weather’s nice, their outdoor patio can’t be beat on a sunny summer day. My only complaint, but not enough to deduct any stars, is that the baristas sometimes feel a little pretentious, to the point that I find myself a little intimidated to be in there or to try to chat with them. They’re not rude or unkind, they’re just not necessarily friendly, either. Sometimes I feel like I’m not quite hipster enough to be there! But hey, I like it enough that I don’t care. I’m gonna keep coming.

I have lived down the street from Loop for about a year and today was my first time there, And I will definitely coming back soon! Their iced mocha was absolutely perfect. It was not too sweet and was so creamy tasting without feeling overindulgent! Love

«Dad, what’s a vinyl record?» «Well son, um, it’s a, um, never mind, let me take you to The Loop.» Then it got me talking about other things I grew up with: rotary phones, writing a letter, talking to friends and actually playing outside. As I child, I’d also remember grandpa having a massive vinyl collection and he’d smoke his pipe, yes, a pipe, and play some jazz records every Sunday morning. Good times. And oh, my review? Yeah, the coffee here is great by the way. It’s the kind of place with seriously good lattes with the bonus of coffee art on it — I love it when they do that. So yeah, 5 stars.

Overall. This is an awesome coffee shop. I love the iced mocha. Not to sweet… I get it every time. My husband got an iced coffee — also really good. The Chocolate muffin was dry… But the blueberry muffins are so good! The location has a good amount of seating. We sat and played games for about an hour without feeling like we were taking up to much space. And it’s a freakin record store. It has a great vibe.

Service and Coffee a Cut Above the Rest My mom, sister, and I were visiting from Florida and got into a fender bender when a car hit us at the intersection of 11th and Fairfield. The staff at the Loop were exceptionally helpful in giving me the local cops number, as well complimentary iced coffee. Of which, the drinks were absolutely wonderful and robust. It wasn’t my intention to initially stop here; however, afterwards, I’m very glad I did. It made a bad situation a bit more tolerable. If you’re ever in the area, stop by and enjoy the coffee and atmosphere!

Pretty cool place to stop by for coffee. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Loop has vintage vinyls and vast selection of music genres. I request a heart and the barista made it for me. Pretty hipster place. The shop looks pretty clean and modern. Enjoyed my time at Loop

Great spot to get work done in the Cleveland area Very friendly staff that can help recommend delicious drinks. Their mocha is one of the best I’ve had! They have a good punt of seating here and incorporate an old school vibe with all their records displayed upstairs. Definitely recommend this spot Street parking is plentiful and not shady Lots of food options in the area as well for when you need a bite to eat

I like this place. It is a coffee shop! I liked the coffee. I got a mocha. I paid with credit card! It has a record shop. We sat upstairs in the record shop. The mocha was delicious. The staff was friendly. It was a good experience! I would recommend it. I wish I had more to say… They sell kombucha in the fridge? I thought the to go cup was very sturdy. I re-used it. Oh my I can’t think of anything else. Go try it! In my mind my visit to Loop was me and my friends enjoying time together, reminiscing and laughing in slow motion, smiling at each other in slow motion, hearing our favorite songs played overhead, talking of good times current and long ago. They weren’t playing my favorite songs but the vibe was so good my mind upgraded the memory. May your visit to Loop form a lasting memory in your mind better than the visit itself.

I’m so glad I walked into this place! The friendly staff, great coffee and aesthetics made me want to spend my entire afternoon/evening looking through records, admiring the art and sipping on coffee. I would highly recommend you to stop in and check it out or simply enjoy a coffee and pastry with a friend. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Bought a pound of Ethiopian coffee beans this morning and they were STILLHOT from the roaster. Name one other coffee shop in the area where you can get coffee that fresh. Didn’t think so. You win Loop, you always do.

I love Loop! The staff is friendly/awesome, the coffee is delicious, the price is right and MUSIC! And art for that matter. Finally had a free afternoon to peruse their record, tape & cd collection. Was able to snag Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots by the Flaming Lips for only $ 5! Highly recommend their Chai Tea Latte’s.

I love this place and can’t wait to spend more time here! My current love interest is a big fan of shopping for records, and I’m a big fan of being indoors and drinking delicious, hot coffee when it’s cold outside; ergo, The Loop was the perfect place to spend a couple hours on a cold weekend day. I love the ambiance here. There was great music playing, and all the employees are so friendly. The local art made me nostalgic for my college study hangout, Café Momus in Akron. I also liked reading all the quips by the Loop staff on the CDs and records.
