What can I say? Only go to this mall if you really need to grab something and get out. On a weekend this mall appeared empty. Many of the stores are closing business due to loss of consumers. Macy’s has already shut its doors. The food court area was great, no line to get food. The only thing to question was the freshness. This is the Randall Park mall of the Eastern side of Cleveland. If you must go to a qulity mall please go to Strongsville’s Mall 1st. North Olmstead’s mall 2nd.

One of the mall cop or whatever were listening to my friends talking in the bathroom. He is very rude, he talks back and makes fun of how they look. When the mall securities came he acted all professional. yes i understand my friends were talking back to him but he has no right to treat parmatown mall’s customers in this way. He is very rude and unacceptable. If customers talk back let them just don’t say a word until the mall securities get there. Seriously, who stands out the bathroom and listens to people’s conversations while they are in the stalls. He also told the securities that one of my friends were using foul language towards him, which was no true, he was talking to my other friends. We will never go back to this mall again. I do not recommend this mall at all. Maybe this is why this mall is going down. But his behavior is unbelievable and disrespectful to customers. He said their hair cuts looks like a four year old did it. Really? Very very very respectful and immature, and totally not the right way to handle things.

This mall is going down fast!!! I remember when I was younger this mall was all that and more. Now, you can walk down a hall and not see a single soul. If anybody is capable of saving this mall they better act fast because it’s almost at it’s expiration date. Seriously, I come here for shoes and children’s clothes mainly!!! I used to love to go to the Macy’s but I wasn’t surprised when they pulled out of the mall. With that said I won’t be frequenting this mall much.

Parmatown has experienced the syndrome of being obsolete and flight of the Clevelander to the suburbs with bigger, better, more modern malls. It still serves the purpose if you don’t want to travel South, East or West for those«newer» malls and shopping centers. There is a Macy’s there you can get some good bargains. A Walmart and Dick’s sporting goods rounds it out and prevents this place from becoming like a deserted western town with tumbleweed blowing across the street. I’d come here if just getting something quick. If going for a shopping experience I’m flying with the suburbanites.

So I watched Teen Mom for the first time ever today. Totally inspired me to go to Parmatown. Wal Mart is an anchor store there. Nuff said. And there were more Rover RMG stickers on the cars in the parking lot than red and yellow drunk driver plates. That’s a first. I had been craving a Friday night mall excursion for months, and this really fulfilled that yearning. I bought a new hat at Lids. Haven’t done that since high school. Them shits are thirty bucks now! Went to Hot Topic and saw the Glee soundtrack for sale. That really is evil. Went to Spencer’s for incense. When did that place turn into an Adult Mart annex? The food court looked real tempting, but I had Sonic on my itinerary. All in all, I got my mall fix for about a year. It was just like going to the Euclid Square Mall twenty years ago. I was alone, disheveled and had someone waiting for me in the car. Back then it was my mom. Now it was my pooch. The National Guard recruiter was closed, otherwise I totally would have congratulated them on protecting America. Oh, never mind, that’s the navy.
