Second Chance Consignment Boutique

Wow. My friend warned me not to take my clothes there. She was right. I took my clothes in (2 large baskets). They Cherry picked through them. They were all name brands. They took 8 pieces. When I ask why they told me they were full. I should have taken them back. I took the rest of my things down the street. They took all but 2 pieces. After 3 months I had not heard a word from Second Chance. I called and ask about my things. I was told that there wasn’t anything stating I dropped them off. They said Mary would call me.2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called Mary and she said she would get back to me. 2 weeks went by without any news. Again I called Mary. She acted like I was stupid. She found my things and they all sold. I haven’t got a check yet but Mary said she would send it. This is not the way to run a business. I will NEVER take another item there. So much trouble for a little amount of cash. One More a time was professional and sent me a check right away.
Again don’t take anything to Second Chance unless you are willing to donate them for Second Chance. This business lacks professionalism. What a disappointment.
Ok. Just got a check for 23.00. What a joke. That is less than 3.00 per piece. I will give my things away before I accept this pitence again.
