True Spa

This place is a whole in the wall! For anyone not only for the rich who dream about coming to a luxurious and receive an upscale spa treatment but want money well spent I recommend here truly.
I noticed unlike other spas who have people do everything from facials to scrubs to massages. Here they have individuals that specialize in the specific area of service.
They also have their «specialty» of oriental exfoliation. Like many Korean spas who do the exfoliation they do an hour Swedish massage for $ 100 with the exfoliation treatment. That’s a deal compared to just getting an hour massage at any place. You get deep cleansing, literally dead skin and dirt rolls off of you like strings rolling and secreting off your skin. Better then American places getting those salt scrubs to exfoliate.
This ancient technique by the Koreans have been practiced for years giving the women flawless skin and healthy glow. You feel refreshed to know months or years, if you never tried it before of dead skin and dirt being exfoliated off your skin literally shedding off from your skin. Then you get a deep massage. I recommend doing it once every month if its too expensive every 3 months. Its so worth it. They have it for men as well.
Their massages are incredible. I recommend the Shiatsu. You can feel the Chi in your body coming back into your senses while energy being released and those knots are relaxed. Great for those who have aches and pain and who do a lot of sports.
They do acupuncture and medical masseur who does the Swedish. For those who are at the Palisadium gym its convenient since its in the building connected.
