Express Clean

After having issues with safety pins being used in the fabric at my last dry cleaners, I decided to give Express Clean a try. They’ve been servicing others in my office for years, so I figured why not?
While I’ve only placed one order with Express Clean, so far so good.
It can’t get much easier. I filled out the new client form, sent them an e-​mail and they told me what day they’d be stopping by my office next. I brought my dry clean items to work and they came to pick up everything directly at my desk. When they were finished, it was dropped off directly at my desk as well. All of the paperwork had been handled in my initial e-​mail.
While they do add on a small fee for the delivery service, the prices seem comparable to other dry cleaners. The convenience of this transaction is, dare I say, priceless.
My clothing looked fine and they followed my instruction about no sharp objects in my fabric.
Express Clean will be my new dry cleaner moving forward.

Mixed feelings. Love the convenience since they offer pick-​up/​drop-​off in my office building, but really — who puts staples through the external fabric (men’s pants, staples in the belt loop fabric on two pairs — not acceptable!).
