Took my F150 truck and Mini Countryman here to get windows tinted and was very pleased with both vehicles. Joe did a wonderful job on the tint at a very reasonable price. Also had our cars washed and detailed at New Image and they did a really nice job on both of them. I take my cars there once a year for a detail. I would go more often but I live a good distance from their shop. I tell people all the time to go there and everyone has told me they really like the service they get.

I got my car detailed for the first time here. I can say that the service was excellent left my car over the weekend and then picked it up after work on a Monday. My car looked brand new. I will use their service again. Thanks New Image

I grew up detailing cars so I know a lot of the products and prices. I drive past this place everyday to work, and there is always cars on the lot. To me that’s means they must be doing something right.
Finding a car detailer is not a easy task considering everybody says they can do it. For me what stands out is the work but mainly the products they use. This place uses Ardex products which is not cheap .
Ardex is located in northeast philadelphia. They sale in bulk to body shops and detail shops. There products are top of the line.
Once I seen new image work and an Ardex truck delivering product I had to give them a try. I called a day in advance to make an appointment and dropped it off. Detailing takes time so give them 2 – 4 hours with your car.
I bought my car Dec 1, 2014 and new cars don’t come with heavy wax on it. New image charges $ 75 for wash and wax which is an average price. When I picked my car up it looked better then when I bought it.
I will use them for my go to shop.

Came here for a few years to get my car detailed but was very disappointed this last time around. They gauged a section of my car’s interior (plastic part of center console) and took zero responsibility for it, saying it was my seatbelt. Funny how it wasn’t there BEFORE I took my car in… The owner Joe was rather condescending as we were trying to sort the situation out. I won’t be going back. My advice: TAKE PICTURES of your car before you bring it into New Image. Better yet, go somewhere else
