ALWAYSPERFECT? HA! More like PERFECTLYRUDE! Had an appointment on a Saturday, which the owners changed on me at the last minute and then chose not to show up at all. No phone call, no courtesy. When I phoned to find out if we had a miscommunication it took several days to get a returned call. When Tom, the owner finally did get back to me, he left a message saying, «We were at your house last year – I already gave you an estimate and if you want to use us, the price will be going up.» REALLY? Curious, I called and left another message. Tom called me back and said he felt he was getting the run around from me because I didn’t use his services the first time. HINT: NOWYOUKNOWWHY! As a business owner, I would think he would have seen this as an opportunity to turn me around – to earn my business(I have a large home with many windows so I am sure this would have been a steady and lucritive job for him.) What business in this economy can afford to turn away customers? I guess those who want to arbitrarily jack up thier prices, leave perspective customers hanging for hours, and who cop a major attitude when called out. I wont be using this service and you can bet I will share this story with everyone I know in the area.
