This place is the most poorly ran Dunkin donuts. It amazes me how unprofessional the staff is. I have heard them numerous times talk about customers and other staff. With as many of these that are in the capital district avoid this one at all cost!

Went thru the drive thru was yelled at asking what I wanted I said one minute went up to the drive thru window the lady didn’t say a word like my total or thanks or your welcome very rude. I’m calling this Dunkin Dunkots right now and they aren’t answering over 5 times 3 minutes each. This girl needs to get told what she did was wrong the drink was made ok

The women over the drive-​thru mic talked really low, I had to really concentrate to hear her. Same when I pulled up to the window. My drink was made quick, and right.

I come to this location at least once a week. The employees here are friendly and fast when your going through the drive through. The best thing about this location is that any size sweet tea is only 99 cents. Another bonus is that it is right off I-​87 which makes it a convenient location.
