Recently moved to Clifton Park and needed my chimney checked and cleaned. Matchless was recommended and they did not disappoint. When I called they were booked into the middle of January but said they would let me know if something opened up, which it did. They called a week before the service call to give me a 2 hour window when the crew would arrive. They arrived exactly at the 11AM hour as scheduled. Two young men showed up and worked very professionally, explaining what they were doing, making recommendations on how to make the fireplace burn more efficiently. They took precautions to make sure the house was protected and cleaned before leaving. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

My wife and I were looking to repair our chimmney went to Matchless store in Clifton Park. Sales staff was pleasant took the time to explain fireplace inserts we purchased one they sent a service tech over first to clean chimmney out and evaluate the it. Gave us some options to save money. A week later 2 service techs came over and repairing chimmney, and placing insert in took aprox 5 hrs. While on the roof he notice our furnace cap on top of house needed repairing he didn’t have my style but informed me to go to home depot pick one up and he installed at no cost. A nice gesture since then they did a yearly service no problems. We will use them in the future if needed.
