Had ordered a mattress from Sears and even with 3 weeks notice, they did not deliver when confirmed 2 times via phone, then text, and instead extended the delivery date another 5 days.
I called Metro Mattress where Jason was extremely helpful and I ended up with a better quality mattress which was delivered in only 1 day. Cannot say enough about Jason’s professionalism and ability to quickly solve my problem. He was exceptional. Thank you!

I can only review Jennifer that provided me with amazing service. In the end, It was clear that I needed to order a hospital bed, but Jen went out of her way, by moving a mattress onto an adjustable base bed to see if it would accommodate my needs, then she called her manager to see if they had a different style base. As a disabled senior, I was moved by her compassion and kindness!!!

Last month my husband and I shopped at three different mattress stores in Clifton Park. Our sales person Jennifer was very knowledgable and helpful. She was not pushy in any way and her suggestion for Tempurpedic was a great idea because we have never slept better!
