Only 2 people there during an afternoon shift but they did an excellent job. Quick service and friendly staff. Thank you!

The entire chain has declined over the past year or so. This location is no exception. We came for lunch on a Monday afternoon & had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there was only one person working the counter. The food was okay — 2 quesadillas, which you can’t really mess up. The ground beef for the taco was inedible, it looked & tasted like dog food. We won’t be back, which is disappointing, as it used to be a bit of a healthier option to other fast food places.

This place used to have way more issues. My family frequents it pretty regularly, and it’s been consistently tasty and reasonably clean for the last year. Definitely better than some of the other Moe’s I’ve been to.

The is the first negative review I have ever written but this experience was so awful that I had to in hopes that management will do something about it. I came in with my two children and didn’t get the typical, «welcome to Moes!» or any sort of acknowledgment for approx 2 minutes(there was nobody else in line and 4 teenage staff behind the counter). Out of the 4 staff members, only 1 was lively and smiled a little. I had two trays to carry and the young kid at the register literally starred at me and didn’t offer help. They were all miserable. There were also regular flies and fruit flies EVERYWHERE– flying around us and about 8 – 10 on the wall next to us. The food was decent but I prefer Chipotle(kids made the decision tonight). Will not be back to this location.

Declining restaurant chain. Terrible location. Avoid at all costs. The staff is a mob of brain-dead zombie teenagers led by the least effective manager I have ever encountered. When I called Moe’s to tell them they forgot the most important part of our takeout order, a teenager answered the phone, «Yo!!!». I asked for the manager. «Hold on!!!». After a while, a confused child came to the phone and identified herself as the manager. I told her what happened. She responded slowly, like a heavily drugged psychiatric patient: «Oh…we can give you that next time you come in.» Don’t bother… go back to sleep. If you are emaciated and must go to this Moe’s location to avoid starvation: 1. Don’t be in a hurry. At all. Bring something to read. 2. Speak slowly and use small words. Hand signals are helpful as well. 3. Supervise your order every set of the way or they will make a big mistake. 4. Expect the unexpected. Consider wearing a helmet. 5. Thoroughly inspect takeout orders. Don’t trust these sneaky little hellions when they say items are under the chips – they lie. Follow up: I emailed corporate through the Moe’s website and never received a response.

Have patronized Moes close to 24 times in recent years, all but 2 experiences were at this location. The line is always long and the booths are always full; it’s a good value and relatively good food in a cafeteria style setting. What’s not to like? I’ve had burritos, quesadillas, stacks, burrito bowls and today, for the first time, a salad. It was great! Essentially a burrito bowl over lettuce. The flavors were all there and the ingredients were all seemingly high quality and, from what I was able to see, taste and feel; fresh. The romaine, despite sitting untouched at the hot food side of the serving line, was crispy and had no discoloration at all. The guacamole is good also; plenty of chunky veggies in it. I’m most loyal to the moes chips and salsa. The chips are house fried and salted, allowing some to get wrapped up in each other creating an extra crunchy pile of greasy, salty goodness to dip into their awesome salsa(add some«rock and roll sauce» hot sauce to the salsa for some extra spice and flavor!) Having some culinary background and an infatuation with southwest and Mexican fare, I feel qualified to say that for chain — derived, faux — Mexican fast– food, this is pretty good. Moreover it would be difficult to distinguish a significant difference in quality, value or overall execution between Moes and it’s often compared competition. I will say the wait times are exponentially longer than they need to be due to lack of qualifications of staff on the serving lines. All staff members seemed to be unhappy and it showd. The order taker was condescending and spoke shortlt to some folks who didn’t decipher the menu correctly and needed some input for a trained staff member on how to get what they wanted. I understand from a servers point of view it may be frustrating to have such incompetence displayed by patrons when trying to simply place an order. The line would move so much faster If the teenage staff was more helpful in explaining the menu and the decisions that would need to be made(shell type, to go, meat, beans, veggies and add on?) Instead of condescending via short, sarcastic answers and curt body language. A performance review by management of the staff would likely yield some pretty eye-opening results at this location. It takes some time to get food here, that fact is as consistent as their burritos.

Love Moes! Delicious! Just found out they don’t even own freezers because everything is brought in each day. Nice!!!

The service was pretty good, but not excellent. My friend had to wait 10 minutes for his steak, for whatever reason they decided me and my other friend were going to order together and gave us one tray and tried to ring us up together. They also OVERloaded my plate with tofu… okay that’s not a complaint it was pretty delicious. It’s standard cheap tacos, it’s pretty much like a higher end Taco-Bell. It’s the subway of taco’s. It’s good in a pinch which is why we ended up there, but I didn’t leave feeling like the experience was anything special.

They need to hire new employees. The ones they have are rude and arrogant. Food sucks and is overpriced.

We walk in, and there’s none of the usual ‘Welcome to Moe’s’ to be heard… instead the place was quiet and everyone preparing the food looked absolutely miserable. One of the food preparers was doubled over a bit and looked like she was about to be sick. She asked someone else to take over for her and the other person gave her the evil eye, took over her station and didn’t give us a greeting, smile or anything. Overall the food is okay… the Homewrecker is ginormous and the chips and salsa are tasty, but the ambiance of this place is like they’d rather no customers come in at all. I think the owner of this particular Moe’s really needs to have the staff re-trained in their customer service skills.

Welcome to Moe’s. I do frequent this place. Never had any issues except dry steak — although I do go right before they close often. No other complaints — everyone friendly and helpful. I have never seen the same worker there twice, its comical. Better than Taco Bell and Chipotle. So go to Moe’s!!!

Little spendy, but it is for healthier fast food. Found out about this place and have fallen in love. Good salsa bar, staff us inviting.

It’s not real Mexican but it’s not Taco Bell and sure ain’t chipotle. It is what it is and it’s the only attempt on Mexican in this area.

This place used to be OK but something changed in the last 6 months to a year. Today we had a 20 minute wait in line with only 8 people in front of us, the guacamole was brown and tasted terrible, there was no ice in the ice machine and the trash was so full it was overflowing before we even tried to put our garbage in. Pretty obvious case of the owner scaling back on his staff to save money on operating costs to the detriment of his customers. Another one bites the dust. Won’t be coming back.

What happened to this place? Was there 2 weeks ago and have been turned off forever. I started coming here 4 yeara ago and each time it seems to be getting worse and worse. The highlight a year ago was when they added the soda machine from the Jetsons but that’s not enough to keep my business. I digress. So 2 weeks ago what a mess. The line is again to the door not because they were that busy but bc they were that slow. When we got up to order you would think everyone behind the counter was on a work release from prison. If a smile came across their face they would be locked back away. The tables were dirty and flies were everywherre.

I do not think I will be returning to this Moe’s any time soon(if at all). I recently received some disturbing news from a friend who got offered a job there as an assistant manager but immediately sacrificed it when he saw the inside kitchen. He showed me the photos of their expired food that they actually serve on the front line. He told me that he already reported them to the health inspector, and I sincerely hope they take swift, appropriate action. This doesn’t surprise me considering how management here fails to uphold standards in all its other aspects(professionalism, service times).

This location is infested with teenagers on both sides of the counter. Servers are slow and clueless, absolutely no sense of urgency. Moe’s food is great, but skip this terribly loud and inefficient location. Like how in Walking Dead, Atlanta belongs to the walkers, this Moe’s belongs to the teenagers. My experience was horrible and I won’t be back, there are so many places to eat in Clifton Park there’s no use going here and giving yourself a headache. If you want a place like this, try the Chipoltles across the street.

I lived in Texas for a year and to be honest, I haven’t had any good Mexican food since I came back, period. I used to like Moe’s, but after being away for a year, Moe’s has changed a lot, and not for the better. The portions are small, meaning that I’m paying $ 10 for a small scoop of chicken and just a crap ton of vegetables rolled into a flavorless burrito. Another amazing thing about Texas, millions of different flavored wraps. Anyway, back to the review. $ 1 for a 4oz side of queso is just absurd. It’s not even GOOD queso, it’s just… meh. The service is poor(I don’t think I’ve ever sat down at a clean table!) and I’m sick of snarky teenagers and their attitudes. Where the hell is the management in this place? The only thing thats new to Moe’s that I like is the Soda Machine. These little babies are popular in Japan/Korea, and it’s pretty cool to see them making progress here in the states. On that note, I’d much rather spend my time looking for a better place to grab a burrito. Moe’s is overpriced and less than mediocre.

Seriously, I don’t know what it about this location. I think their hiring process is something like «Hey, you have hands, wanna make some burritos in an untimely fashion?» I always have the worst service. Once, in a full line, the order taker/tortilla crusher just stopped taking orders from patrons and started making other burritos from what I assumed was a phone order without even as much as a glance up let alone a «one second folks». The line crew is always disorganized and down right rude. The good? The burritos are burritos. I like the tofu and the option for fresh jalapenos. (Also, I feel like the customers are more rude here. It may be the fact that it’s in Clifton Park or that everybody is annoyed at the time it took to get their food. I held open the door for an entire family once without a thank you, as Stephanie Tanner would say, HOWRUDE!)
