This complex is the most affordable in the area, we pay $ 750 a month for a sizable 2 bedroom. The kitchen is huge and the bedrooms are good sizes as well. Every building has trees in the back which provides a wonderful view and privacy.
The maintenance is great, I can’t complain at all about that. The ladies who work in the office are wonderful and so helpful! Another great thing about the area is the soft water, technically its in Halfmoon so that is probably the reason since other areas in Clifton Park have hard water.
The place is a little outdated, popcorn celings, older cabinets etc. If you have a cat there is a non-​refundable $ 500 deposit which is probably the highest in the area. It has washer dryer hookups but no dishwasher, I ended up buying a portable one.
