Disappointing experience. Went 1 time, enjoyable but very pricey with all the add-ons for the various treatments. Enjoyable but only worth the money if you continue to go. Cancellation is 60 day notice, so about another $ 100.00, after you decide you don’t want to go, or can’t as was my situation.
I developed a benign skin lesion — Basel Cell, and had to cancel. Initially I was told that I would not be charged for the 2 remaining months, because I had not used it at all after the initial visit, and the circumstances– doctor insisting I do not go, but when my credit card was charged last week, they (conveniently) forgot their prior statement, and re quoted the terms of the contract. You know, I get the whole contract thing, but follow through with your customers. Not nice, unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business here.

Planet Beach is a clean, friendly, and relaxing place to go tanning or receive spa treatments. Both the owner and employees are always friendly and helpful. Everyone is treated the same whether you’re a frequent member or visit every once and a while. They remember you and make you’re visit relaxing and as easy as possible. My favorite thing about Planet Beach is how clean it is; from the floor, to the equipment, to the ceiling. This is the best tanning/spa salon I’ve been to and I highly recommend it.
