Today (Saturday) we had a bit of an emergency with our toilet, which started overflowing for no apparent reason and leaking between its base and the floor. We called RooterMan, as the problem was a little out of our comfort zone to fix ourselves. RooterMan sent Bill C., a very friendly and capable service professional, to our house well within the agreed upon time frame. Bill C. thoroughly investigated our problem and went over a detailed estimate before getting down to work. He also worked to keep the fee reasonable; he certainly did not up-​sell us or tack on extras we did not need. Bill C. fixed the problem carefully but efficiently and taught us some plumbing tips along the way. Overall, we had an excellent experience with RooterMan and Bill C. and will call on them again in the future when we have plumbing needs. We recommend them enthusiastically.
