There are reasons why so many gave this one or two stars. The person that runs the store is an elderly man, who is fairly rude to customers who wants to give him business! The repair done was below average, he did not hide the stitches so it looks fairly obvious from the outside. Would look elsewhere for repairs or sales.

Was desperate and it was the only place in town. Owner is extremely rude and made me uncomfortable. Legitimately nervous to walk in because he is so miserable.

Ok the owner is not the nicest BUT my family and I have brought some stuff here and he’s done a good job. He has repaired shoes for my sisters and father and he fixed my Gucci bag when it broke. That was amazing because I didn’t know where else to go. Yes, he can definitely benefit from some people skills, but he gets he job done. Also, he is a bit expensive but i think he work is worth it.

Aging store with older man who really can’t help you unless you have cheap shoes and need a sole or heel. They won’t take expensive shoes or do anything out of the norm. Not a place I would ever use unless I was desperate.

Have patronized this business two times. First time I went in the man seemed annoyed by me. Not at all friendly and«scolded» me for waiting so long to bring my boots in for repair. I was really put off by him, but there is no other shoe repair place in the area. So, next shoes I needed repaired I sent my husband in for me and he had the same experience. The guy seemed annoyed and as if he was being bothered. When my husband picked the boots up a week later, the man grabbed them from the back, tossed them onto the counter and walked away. So unfriendly I will not go back there again.

Inconvenient hours, inflated pricing, slow service. I don’t want to admit how many times I came to this business only to learn it was not open. Closed Sunday, closed Monday, and only open until 5:30 on Tues. — Fri. and until 1 on Saturday. Not good if you have a busy schedule. Went there on a Saturday to get the heel tips on 2 pairs of pumps replaced and was told it would take 45 minutes at the earliest. Knowing I had other errands to run and don’t get back home until at least 5:30 after work I didn’t leave the shoes for the work. Came one more time and got a price quote for the same requested service and the guy told me it would be $ 50! Moving here from the city I am used to a more abundant number of shoe repair shops and never have paid more then $ 15(usually $ 10) to get tips replaced. I am not impresses. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere with more flexible hours and better pricing.
