I had to return today because of issues with my phone. I so dreaded returning after my horrible experience with the sales help when purchasing my phone and resisting the upsell. But I returned because no one could hear me when I called them so return I had to. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and not only received prompt service but very helpful and polite service from a male sales clerk. He was pleasant helpful and resolved my issue quickly. A definite improvement and I did not see the surly unpleasant clerk from my first visit — thankfully.

I received great service at this store. Went in to transfer an upgrade and purchase new phone for my plan. Went in knowing what I wanted and wasn’t forced into unwanted upgrades or upsells on my services. After reading the previous reviews I almost drove farther than I needed to but glad to have stopped into my local store. Fast, friendly customer service.

Avoid this verizon location at all costs. Incredibly long wait and non existent customer service. There’s no way these employees were trained, just an awful experience.

I was about to smash my Andriod into the ground, luckily I was at the grocery store in the same shopping area as Verizon Wireless. Chris came to the rescue and showed me the error of my ways. I learned some new things about the phone functionality too (have had it almost 2 years!!). Thanks Chris!
