Scam! They came to our house and told us we needed to spend $ 2500 to fix our«fire wall» and that it was«cracked». I had two other companies to come and check it out to compare pricing and both of them(who are ranked top companies in Westchester for this kind of work) said that our fireplace is in MINT condition. They said even if we had to replace the firewall, which we don’t, it would cost $ 500.

Don’t waste your time! They gave me a window from 9am –12pm and said they would call me 30minutes before they get there. At 11am I got a call saying the person was on his way. From then on until 2pm I received a calls saying the person would be there soon. They continued to call me non-stop even after I cancelled the appointment. This was only for an estimate. I can’t imagine how they get any business at all.

Expensive and unreliable They quoted a higher price than others, which would be fine if the service was there. Fortunately for me though, they failed to show up twice.

Don’t expect Professionalism — This company is horrible. I attempted to have them come to my house three times and each time they canceled at the end of the window period they gave me. So not only did I waste my time waiting for them to show up, they would call at the end of the day to say they couldn’t make it. I should’ve read the poor reviews beforehand.

Do not call this company. They have no regard for other peoples time. I had an appt on a Tuesday morning from 9 – 1. No one showed. I called and they said they were over booked and switched my appointment to Thursday morning between 9 – 1. Again on Thursday no one showed. they called me at 8:15am to confirm my appt, still no show. I called at 12:45 was on hold for 11 minutes they finally said the technician was calling me now .20 minutes later he called and said hes busy on a job sight and won’t get to me for another hr. I cancelled him and contacted the supervisor at the office to let her know how unprofessional the company is being run and there customer service was awful. My time is worth money and they cost me.

Below is a letter that I sent to this company. This should show you why I wish I could give them a negative number of stars. «Your company replaced the roof on my parents’ house in September [2011]. In the process, a storm window and screen window were broken. From what I understand, your company took the storm and screen windows away, telling my parents that you would fix them. They did not hear from you, so they had to call back time after time, asking if they had been fixed. I believe my father was always only able to speak with a receptionist who said that {name omitted] would be notified. However, [name omitted] never returned the call. Over a month later, you informed my father that the screen and storm windows were lost. You gave him $ 100 so that he could find someone else to repair the damage that you caused. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treated my parents. They are senior citizens who don’t want to be troubled with being given the runaround for over a month, and then are told to just fix the damage themselves that you caused, after probably not reimbursing them enough to do it. Is that how you treat your own parents? As you can tell my father struggles to speak due to a problem with his throat, yet you couldn’t just tell us up front that you didn’t want to fix the screen and storm windows. You put him in a position where he had to strain himself to call, over and over. In a time when competition is heavy, customer service is often the only thing that makes someone choose one company over another. You should know better than to treat customers the way you treated my parents.»
