Good selection of all things crafty. I just wish there would be more sales people on the floor to help direct where things are and with choosing products

I really enjoy shopping at this AC Moore location. it’s a craft wonderland with a large selection of items. I’ve never asked for help so I can’t speak too much to customer service but the cashiers are very pleasant.

There have been great improvements in this Clifton store recently. The new check-out lines go faster and the checkers seem to be more friendly. Overall you need to know what you are looking for and crafters seem to find what they want. When I have asked for something I get an «over there» answer and then go looking myself. The prices are a bit high but there aren’t too many acceptable choices in the area. Use one of their coupons for a regular-price item and it’s a good deal. Be sure you get the proper sale item as the regular and sale items are often very close together and it’s easy to get confused. Overall I like the store but I have to be an «aware shopper.»

Customer service at this store is the worst. Don’t even think about calling to see if they have a specific item, the call gets passed around several times and then they never seem to have what it is you’re looking for… makes me question if they even bothered looking. Shipments don’t seem to come at the date/time they tell you.

The parking is insufficient. The store is dirty, cluttered and dimly lit. The lines at the cashiers are long and slow. Simply put-there’s nothing that makes this store appealing to shop at!

Horrible customer service from management — always getting the side-eye from them and they nearly huff and puff the whole time assisting their customers, whether it be helping them find an item, answering a question, or ringing up items. The store is always in disarray and cluttered to the point where allowing shopping carts to be used is questionable. The prices are way too high and I’ve noticed that many of their items seem to be tampered with/torn open. Don’t even dare thinking of stepping foot in here on Sundays because it’s packed to the point where you think they are giving away all of their yarn and play-dough for free. I would definitely only come here if all of your other options aren’t available. Otherwise — stay away and keep your sanity!

It’s not your best AC Moore branch out there, it’s rather small compared to the others I’ve been to, and the selection isn’t that massive either, but it gets the job done. What can you do? It definitely beats going to Michael’s and their horrific shopping plaza! The parking here is not real fun either, but still manageable.

Was dragged her to pick up some items for a scrap book. It really is geared towards people who enjoy knitting, crafts or art… none of which I partake in. Their prices, from what I understand, are reasonable. Staff was ok… young kids working registers and not one to provide assistance in the store if needed.

Came for one item and given the run around by four employees, five times! Left after 45 minutes and found what I needed at another location. What is it with these businesses in Clifton, NJ along the Route 3 corridor? AVOID! Visit the Secaucus store. Larger and has everything!

This is a good store, and they do carry some really hard to find merchandise. I recently stumbled upon the line«Epiphany Crafts» for jewelry making and scrap booking. If only they they carried MORE of that line. Can we request?

I was looking for red string… they had it. It’s a craft super-store! They also do custom framing, good to know. I wouldn’t spend too much time here if you’re allergic to dust… I felt it within 15 minutes of being in the store. Good place nonetheless for all sorts of crafty items.

They have cheap knitting/crochet classes(20 bucks for two hours sahweet!) and have cake decorating classes(beats tuition at some pastry school) I’m too nice for this A.C. Moore. Alas, I’m just too lazy to go to a Walmart to buy knitting needles and yarns.

My scrapbooking heaven, how I love thee? Three aisles crammed with scrapbooking supplies. I just wish that they had a wider variety of stickers. But a girl can’t complain at the prices they charge. The cashiers are often friendly, and the store is often neat. The parking lot is always packed.

Local arts & crafts store(reminiscent to Jo-Ann’s Arts & Crafts in California, but cheaper than Michael’s) where you can get DIY materials for your events. This is where we purchased the unity candles and crystal candle holders for the wedding this weekend. I also purchased some faboo personalized stickers here in rhinestones(spells«GRACE»), a turquoise feather boa(which I will rock at the reception), and Grandma’s Secret Spot Remover. Though it’s not Michael’s, I still felt the prices were still a bit high for an arts/crafts store.
