Booked an appointment last week on an emergency basis for a family member for today at 2pm for severe anxiety issues. Called for some last min directions to the office as google maps does not take u to the correct place. I was met with extreme rudeness and unwillingness to help! I was told i called the wrong number to make an appointment that there was no appointment. which is crazy as there is only one behzad ahkami in Wayne Nj on google maps. The woman raised her voice over me and was completely rude and unhelpful… For a doctor treating anxiety and depression this seems completely insane for the receptionist to act this way to patients seeking help. Simply stating there must have been a mistake and can we rebook your appointment would have been nice but instead we were spoken to extremely rudely to the point I got loud and then cried after the call and the appointment wasn’t even for me but someone who really needed to go. Horrible experience and never even got in the door.
