Updated Review to 3 Stars from 2 Stars: The billing department does a terrible job in explaining insurance coverage gaps. This leads to confusion, time wasted with multiple phone inquiries, and unexpected expenses. The actual service is okay. I got my teeth cleaned there and a filling repaired. If they improve the guest-​facing aspect of their service, I would gladly give this place a 4-​Star.

Giving no star was not an option. Very rude staff very unprofessional. When I was taking X-​rays with the dental assistant or who ever, was more tuned to watching the news. I work at a dental office so I know how things are supposed to be run. When taking my (4) bite wings, she was extremely rough repeating herself multiple times open wider open wider and I kid you not I am not one of those people who just open a little. So when it came to placing the object in my mouth and advised me to close, it hurt because the way she angled it was incorrectly, during my X-​rays she insisted for me to not drop it or it’ll break. Oh shut up! Give me a break, it’s in my closed mouth. So I went on and told her that it hurt very calm and nice and she caught an attitude advising me she couldn’t complete anything, so! I told her I decline X-​rays, I’m not going to make my self uncomfortable and in pain if she can not do her job. 43 min and I’m still waiting for a cleaning not to mention I came a half hour early to fill out paper work. I am very professional and I can not say the same about this place. Don’t come here, seriously!

I am getting tired of this place, they keep postponing my son’s appointment, the reason: «the doctor wants to leave early»… This is unprofessional in any way you want to see it!
First, they schedule the appointment based on their calendar, then they call us to ask us if we can get to the appointment earlier than scheduled or to re-​schedule because the doctor want to leave early. Don’t they think we also have a life? Things to do?
If they do not care about patients, what we have to do is to find another office, they will lose five patients at once!!!

Worst dental office! The doctors here are not professional in any sense neither the technicians. I did 7 teeth here and two of them were not done properly so I had to repeat their work again. The dentist had poured filling between two of my teeth and I wasn’t able to floss afterward, and when I went back to her to fix her mistake she broke the filling of the next teeth. It’s really frustrating, provoking and a total waste of time and money.
