Aspen was hired to do some tree removal from our property. My husband took the day off work to be here for them. They called him in the morning to say they would be delayed because of another job. My husband said he understood and said he will wait for them to show up later in the day as they promised. Did Aspen ever show up? NO Did Aspen call to apologize? NO Knowing my husband took off work per Their scheduled appointment to be here, and they pulled a NO SHOW!!! This is very disrespectful and very bad business practice. I would rate them a minus 10 star if I could. I don’t want to give them this one star but Unilocal gives no other choice.
