Terrible experience! I can NOT even give this certified plumbing a 1 star. We had a plumbing issue so they came over and did absolutely NOTHING. Did not even tell us what caused it and what we can do to fix the issue. He just said the sewer might be clogged, did not even tried to look around the house and stayed for about 15 min tops and wanted $ 200. I was very upset but I still wrote him a check and he wanted to charge more if I paid by check and asked us to pay by cash. I had called the other plumbing service and told me exactly what caused it and our sewer was not clogged and the problem was solved. I would NEVER recommend certified plumbing to anyone.

Top notch professional service. They were accommodating to my schedule. In addition to quickly replacing a failed pump on my boiler, they also took the time to go over basic maintenance on my heating and A/​C systems. They even followed up to makes sure everything was working as expected. These guys really enjoy their job.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained what we should have done to save money and prevent bigger problems in the future and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. The guy that came spent a lot longer then the person from general sewer and made sure it was done right. The best part we weren’t talked down to by him.
