Floyd helped sign me and showed me options available was exceptional. Courteous and pleasant. Very professional. Second time customer as I was there years ago when it was another company. Much improved.

Recently right before the big snow storm Jonas I felt it would be smart to store my convertible. I only use this car during the summer months anyway, as I have a truck I use in the winter. I made a reservation on line and came in.
I was greeted by Floyd Santiago the GM with a very warm welcome & offered me a hot coffee! His customer service was outstanding! Very friendly, & informative.
Numerous times I’ve been to the storage to start my car and every time I am greeted with such a warm hello! Peter & Dennis have been very helpful to me as well, carrying boxes I’ve purchased to my car and always with a pleasant smile.
I will refer This location to anybody because of the staff, the cleanliness and above all the safety! Great job Clifton CubeSmart!

Check-​in was a breeze… probably 10 minutes including time time to see the unit. The guy working was very helpful and knew how to do his job well. Its clean, organized and everything works well. Can’t ask for much more!
Tip: If you reserve online I think you get a better deal and if you just walk-​in. I got 1 month free and 10% off by reserving online. The guy working the desk said he couldn’t give me that discount on his computer… so I stepped away, reserve it online on my phone… and got the discounts. Easy.

We just moved in last weekend but so far the experience has been great. The manager on duty was really patient with us and walked us through the facility and the whole process. It was fast and efficient and we were rung up and moved in in 20 minutes. The place is clean and very secure, and the cheapest in our area!
