Im a Licensed Electrician so I refuse to plug for a competitor, but, upon reading a review posted about that poor guy(/DMS) and looking at the pics posted, the contractor in question did the total correct thing, there is guidelines used, National Electric Code. This kinda sounds to me like«he said she said» I will say this, a simple 15 amp circuit is utilized by 14 wire, Sounds like Eric S, is just bashing someone due tp the word of a handiman, guess you xant make everyone happy all the time And those pics to me are useless, cause how does anyone know if pics are real? Im glad I didnt work for that character Eric S. He sounds retarted.

I found Dave via Craigslist and was baited by his promise of much cheaper rates than your typical electrician. I needed to have an outlet for just a single washing machine run to my circuit breaker. In the end, he ended up wiring the outlet completely incorrect. He ended up running a 14 – 2 gauge wire and stuck it in an existing 15-amp breaker instead of correctly running a 12-gauge wire and putting it on its own 20-amp circuit. I’m not that familiar with electrical work, but it took another handyman I had doing work in my unit to point this all out. When I started calling him out on some of the shoddiness of his work, which included leaving my bathroom ventilation fan improperly fastened back after he removed it to try and snake the(incorrect) wire, he immediately stopped returning my calls and promptly changed his phone number. This individual gives tradesmen a bad name. Very sloppy and will not take responsibility for his work. I’m to have to spend another $ 350 to get a real electrician to fix his mess properly. Avoid at all costs and don’t get sucked in by his earnest demeanor.
