The best dollar store ever. They have almost everything and it’s $ 1.00, only. I don’t feel comfortable purchasing frozen foods unless they are the frozen fruits & veggies. Blueberries are usually expensive but this place helps me get them without breaking the bank. No, they are never expired, nor have I gotten sick, and there aren’t any additives. There are also a lot of kitchen utensils which will last you a couple of years at least. This place rocks.

This place is like a dollar supermarket in the classic Styertowne Shopping Center. The shelves are packed with great values and the employees are helpful. I dislike going there on Saturdays or Sundays because you have to wait in line for a long time.

This was by far the dirtiest, most unwelcoming store I’ve ever been in. In practically every aisle there was garbage all over the floor. The shelves weren’t in much better shape with contents all scattered about and unorganized. The fact that most things are just a dollar still does not make up for the clutter that embodies this store. Do not go here if you don’t feel like being grossed out.

The ‘loser’ review made me laugh as well. I’m giving this Dollar Store 2 stars, but not because of the people shopping there. I’m generally a fan of dollar stores, but I had a bad experience at this particular location recently. The other day I went for some last minute holiday shopping. I got there about a half hour before the store closed. There was one customer leaving as I entered. As I was walking up the second aisle, one of the women working there stared me down, and then proceeded to announce on the loudspeaker that the register would be closing in 5 minutes. I’ve worked in the restaurant business as a waitress, and I know what it’s like to have someone walk in right before closing time; but it was the Dollar Store. I wasn’t planning on spending 45 minutes shopping there. Because I felt rushed, I only ended up getting one of the things I needed. I asked if they had another item, but they said no, so I got on line. When I walked up with only one item, one of the women said, «That’s all you’re getting?» I wanted to say I would’ve gotten more if I wasn’t being rushed out, but I didn’t.until now. In terms of the actual store, it’s a typical Dollar store. Can’t really beat the prices.

I love the previous review…‘a lot of losers shop here.’ Bad news pal, looks like you’re one of them. Anyway, I am a big fan of Dollar Tree and clearly, a huge loser. This is not the biggest location I’ve been to but it has saved me a ton of money in the past(when I lived nearby). This place isn’t like those dollar stores that charge you a few bucks for stuff, everything is really a dollar. And while I’d steer clear of certain items(preggo tests and tampons — you want to spend more on better quality here ladies) I have purchased so much stuff here: shampoo, soap, hot dog buns, kitchen utensils, school supplies, posterboard, perfume(don’t judge me!), snacks, candy, cleaning supplies, hangers, hair styling supplies, tape, roach traps, party supplies, gardening supplies, salt, certain food items, and soo much more. They really have a great selection. Some stuff is really comparable in quality to what you might find at a standard supermarket, other stuff, not so much. Just become familiar with what they carry and decide what you can buy there(without compromising quality/health). It will save you a ton of $$.
