These people do not stand behind their repairs and are clueless when it comes to customer service. There are other options on Main Avenue that are cheaper and more professional.

My boyfriend just tried calling this place to ask a question– we knew full well that we weren’t going to be able to come in, and my boyfriend even informed the person answering the phone that we had no intention of coming in, that we only wanted to get an estimate for fixing our cracked TV. The person was extremely rude– he informed us that it wasn’t even worth it and promptly hung up. He then tried to call back, to which I hung up (I didn’t know who it was) and he attempted to call again– this time leaving a voicemail telling us that we were rude and called my boyfriend a piece of sh*t. Needless to say, I would never, ever, EVER recommend this place to anyone.
