Oh my goodness I now have the most beautiful new pair of Ariat boots and I LOVE them, I have never before spent a couple hundred dollars on any clothing or shoes in my life so clearly when i finally decided to go ahead and spoil myself I was super excited and headed down to Murdochs. I tried on several pairs of boots, I loved them all. I couldnt find any employees to help me so I was hopping around waving my arms wildly trying to knock boots in my size from the top shelves. Despite lack of help from employees there was this very helpful little foot mirror that helped me select the perfect pair. The pair i was wearing was not in a box and was pretty scuffed up. So again I attempted to locate assistance. I didn’t see anyone so I went up to the registers~ thats where they were hiding!!! I asked for help finding a boxed pair of boots. I was clearly interrupting their gossip session and they were offended. An older women who looked like she could be in charge said «whats out there is all we have» then she returned to her conversation leaving me standing there not even able to ask a follow up question. I left the store quickly. Went home logged on to Sheplers online and ordered my wonderful new boots. I saved $ 20, got free shipping, and my brand new in the box boots arrived at my door 3 days later. I love them!!! Bad customer service really is not excusable. Wont be going to Murdochs again.
