Worst place to be! Guys please avoid if you cannot deal with incompetent and rude front office staff. This was our second time and had worst experience at this place. We thought they would be better this time. Our appointment was at 8:15 am. We took this time slot so that we can get back to office by 9:30 am considering the morning commute. we got there by 8 am and did all paper work. It was 8:30 am and we asked for wait time, we were told to wait as other patient was taking time. we asked another time in few minutes and we were told they will need few minutes. It was almost 8:55 am. When we went again to the front office staff, we were told that it was technical issue and they do not have any timeline. People were rude and there was no communication what so ever between front desk and technicians. They were so rude that didn’t even apologize. Instead after 1 hour of wait time we were told to re schedule. If it was told us much ahead of time we would have re scheduled this, what a waste of time it was! we made sure we we get up at 6:30 am to get there on time and we got this in return. This issue would have been avoided if there was proper communication among the staff members. Also we were able to see another person complaining to them on his reschedule of appointment . So folks if you don’t want to wait here for long hours after your scheduled appointment time and don’t want to see rude staff then please avoid this place. They don’t even deserve 1 star!

(I also cross-posed this review on Google.) Note: This place was formerly Diagnostic Radiology Associates and is now NJ Imaging Network of Clifton. I found this place through my insurance provider’s website showing facilities that were in network. I didn’t see many reviews, but the other facility I was considering had reviews about how long it would take to wait — and waiting’s not my thing. I give this place 5 stars — from the scheduling to the pre-treatment to the actual day of the visit. Unfortunately I don’t know/remember names of everyone I had contact with, but I’ll include them where I know them. Linda, the woman who scheduled me, was kind and proactive. She had left me a message after receiving my pre-certification from my doctor. I tried to call back around 5:30 that day, but the phone just rang and rang so I figured they had left for the day. A few minutes later my phone rings, and it’s Linda! She said she had seen my number come up but was working with another customer at the time. She took the initiative to call back and get me scheduled. She was very forthcoming and patient in looking for available time slots and also in giving me instructions on what to do(I had to pick up a barium solution prior to the day of the procedure). Before hanging up she re-confirmed everything. When I went to pick up the barium solution, the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and the woman who gave me the bottle of barium was thorough in explaining everything I needed to do and the paperwork I needed to fill out(which they gave me beforehand so I didn’t have to spend time doing it the morning of the procedure). She had even proactively written down the preparation instructions for me that she was explaining to make sure I had a reference if I were to forget(which was very possible — LOL). My appointment was scheduled for 8am later that week, with the actual procedure scheduled to start at 8:20. Everything was like clockwork. I arrived around 8 and was quickly taken in and shown to the dressing room, then I was on the table and ready to start things just before 8:20. Maryann(sp), the technician who did my CT scan, was a rock star. She explained everything she was doing and everything that was going to happen, and she was very patient and calming(I was fine and had no anxiety about the procedure but I imagine some people may freak out, so she’s the perfect person for that role because she’s excellent — with her calm demeanor and friendly personality). I was completely done and back in my car by shortly before 8:45am. Thanks to everyone at the facility who helped make this a smooth and quick experience!

I have been going to this location for years and finally gave up. The technicians are kind, compassionate, and professional. The front office ladies are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They are constantly misplacing prescriptions. They will ask you to have your doctor send another before getting up and checking the patient file to see if it is actually there. What finally put me over the edge is I saw a person in the waiting spill their urine sample on a cushion chair and didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention. He simply got up and moved. I told one of the employees working the window and she said okay. I was there another 20 minutes and no one came out to remove the chair from the waiting room.
